Abstract

Self-formation processes of semiconductor elements are discussed. A method for recognition of selfformed semiconductor elements is described. The method based on the Region Connection Calculus theory is proposed. A system for recognition of semiconductor elements is developed. The experimental results of the recognition of semiconductor elements are presented.
