It is not required to send hard copies of the manuscript by post. Manuscripts are submitted via OJS on http://www.itc.ktu.lt. The submitted manuscript must be accompanied by author's guarantee form concerning work presented for publication. Please upload a filled-in form as a supplementary file to the system.

Manuscripts should be in English and contain the title, the name and full address of the authors, an abstract, the main text including, maybe, one or more appendices, and the list of references. No formal limit is set for the length of a paper, but if it is very long the editors may recommend dividing its text into two or more separate papers.

The abstract should be concise and carefully worded description of the problem addressed, the key ideas introduced, and the results. Anonymous reviewers do the refereeing of the manuscript. Upon acceptance of the paper, page proofs will be sent to the contact authors for proof reading.

The publisher will provide each author with issue of the journal, which includes his paper, free of charge.
