Abstract

Due to the rapid development of the Internet, many applications of Internet are widely used. Therefore, the security issue of Internet has become an important issue. In this paper, we proposed an electronic public engineering project bidding protocol via subliminal channel can protect bidder's benefit. On the other hand, we offer an official agent to make a fair arbitration. Our scheme not only satisfies non-repudiation, untraceable and fair arbitration of the public engineering project, but also can resist replay attack, forgery attack and insider attack. Our scheme enhances security and fairness.
