Abstract

The paper presents two new parallel solution strategies to solve complex multiple criteria problems by applying a computer network. The multiple criteria problem is iterated by selecting interactively different weight coefficients of the criteria. The process is organized by designating the computers as the master and the slaves. The experimental trials have been carried out to compare the effect of the designed strategies depending on the number of computers and experience of the researcher solving this optimization problem. The essence of the investigation is distribution of jobs between the researcher and computer.
